An application should be submitted to obtain a permission. The application should specify the name, title of the applicant and purpose.
Once the permission is given, the following documents should be presented at sanitary and quarantine checkpoints: employment verification, self-declaration form specifying the route, names, passport details and contact information of all transported people, QR code.
