Roadblocks to be removed in early hours of May 1

AKIPRESS.COM - All roadblocks will be removed in early hours of May 1. The foot and car patrols will remain, Interior Minister Kashkar Junushaliev said in Parliament today. When asked why special passes are needed then if roadblocks are removed, the Bishkek commandant said it is necessary to track the number of cars.
The MPs questioned ability to process pass applications timely when 120,000 people will return to work.
It takes a half of the minute to process one pass application, the commandant said.
MP Dastan Bekeshev criticized the government for unreasonable decision, when it allows reopening of car service stations, but does not allow car spare markets to reopen.
