Kindergartens to reopen since May 18 in Nur-Sultan

AKIPRESS.COM - Provisional groups will start working at all preschool education institutions in Nur-Sultan since May 18 regardless of ownership form, education department chief Sholpan Kadyrova said. The reopened kindergartens will primarily provide care for children whose parents work and do not have possibility to keep a child at home.
The needs are now assessed among parents.
Parents should inform a kindergarten teacher if they plan to bring their child one day in advance. A health certificate from pediatrician is required for attendance, the education department chief said.
1,173 COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Nur-Sultan. 5 patients died.
