AKIPRESS.COM - Ongoing work to rebuild schools and kindergartens in the villages near the Kyrgyz-Tajik border is not enough, said MP Taabyldy Tillaev on June 10 at the session of the parliament. He said schools need to be ready for new academic year in Bulak-Bashy, Sary-Dobo, Ak-Bulak, Ak-Terek, Leylek, Zhash-Tilek, Yuldashev villages.
Condition of hospitals in Batken region also needs attention.
"Previously, we raised the issue of building a military hospital, but no one responded. Many military units are located in the Batken region. We need to take into account that a trip to the capital takes a long time. Such a hospital would also help the older people, the local residents," said Tillaev.
