Financial police searched MP Jumaliyev's house

AKIPRESS.COM - The State Service for Fighting Economic Crimes searched the homes and offices of relatives of MP Kubanychbek Jumaliyev as part of the criminal probe into illegal wealth launched against him on 29 May 2020, sources told Tazabek. The results of the search have not been made public by the investigation.
Within the framework of this pre-trial proceedings, it was established that Jumaliyev has a stake in the authorized capital in movable and immovable property and is the founder and manager in them. Numerous properties of close relatives of Jumaliyev have also been revealed as part of the checks, the financial police said earlier.
MP's lawyer Baktybek Jumashev confirmed that law enforcement agencies searched Jumaliyev's house. He said he will sue the law enforcement agencies because the search was carried out in violation of the law.
