President Jeenbekov tasks Issyk-Kul region authorities to ramp up efforts to contain Covid-19

AKIPRESS.COM - President Sooronbai Jeenbekov today urged Issyk-Kul region administration to step up efforts to contain coronavirus infection in the region and Cholpon-Ata in particular during visit to the infectious diseases department of Cholpon-Ata hospital today.
Epidemiological measures should be ramped. Medical workers should be provided with protective gear and be paid in time.
Issyk-Kul region governor Balbak Tulobaev said the epidemiological situation is normalizing in the reigon amid declining daily coronavirus cases.
