Gym repaired in Kara-Balta school first time in 30 years

AKIPRESS.COM - A gym at school No. 8 of Kara-Balta reopened after the first renovation for the last 30 years.
The floor in the gym was replaced. The old one was rough and dropped by 15-20 centimeters.
Physical education teacher Pavel Bondarenko said that he covered holes with mats during lessons.
"Students from school and karate club use this gym. This gym needed renovation since long time ago," he noted.
Kara-Balta administration representative T. Karagulov said that the floor was replaced. The old wooden windows were replaced with plastic windows, the new doors were installed. The walls were repaired and painted.
"We spent around 300,000 soms for this. The last repair of the gym was made 30 years ago. We will install a new entrance door at the school soon," he added.
