National Security Committee's staff and veterans remove acting Secretary of Security Council from their building

AKIPRESS.COM - The meeting was held with participation of acting Secretary of Security Council, coordinator of law enforcement and defense agencies, Maj. Gen. Omurbek Suvanaliev, leadership and staff of the State National Security Committee on October 9, National Committee's press service reported.
The address of the leadership, veterans and staff of the National Security Committee on the current situation in the country was read out. The main idea was that defense and law enforcement agencies should stay beyond politics.
"The State National Security Committee will not serve mercantile interests of some political or other forces and should not be a political tool for achievement of selfish goals of certain groups. The main goal of the National Security Committee is to serve for the benefit of people and prosperity of Kyrgyzstan," the statement said.
"The leadership, veterans and staff of the State National Security Committee showed the way out from the central office of the State National Security Committee to acting Secretary of the Security Council, coordinator of defense and law enforcement agencies, Maj. Gen. Omurbek Suvanaliev," the statement said.
The State National Security Committee works as normally now. There are enough forces and resources for protection of the building of the State National Security Committee and restoration of order in the country, the statement concluded.
