President Jeenbekov hasn't left Bishkek - press secretary

AKIPRESS.COM - President Sooronbai Jeenbekov has not left Bishkek in days of instability, his press secretary Tolgonai Stamalieva said.
"His supporters offered him to leave Bishkek as they feared for his safety, but the head of state remained and worked in Bishkek, held meetings and talks with all political forces with the purpose to regulate the situation after the events of October 5-6 in Bishkek," the press secretary said.
Turkish media reported earlier the President of Kyrgyzstan might have departed to the south of Kyrgyzstan.
