AKIPRESS.COM - The website of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan was restored, the parliament's press service reported.
IT specialists continue working on its to step up security measures.
"It was found out the website was hacked from one or several computers of staff of the executive office of the Parliament, where passwords for administration of the website were saved. These computers were stolen during the unrest of October 5-6," the press service reported.
The unidentified individuals hacked the website of the Parliament earlier and demanded $10,000 ransom.
