AKIPRESS.COM - Ministry of Agriculture proposes to lift the ban on corn exports from Kyrgyzstan. Previously on November 19, the government imposed a temporary ban on the export of some agricultural products from the Kyrgyz Republic in order to prevent a critical shortage of goods amid pandemic.
The Ministry of Economy held a meeting with corn producers on November 19 and they voiced their problems. They said they have contracts with foreign companies for the supply of corn grain and made prepayments.
