AKIPRESS.COM - There were too many leaders in the former government, formation of the new structure is the call of the time, said PM candidate Ulukbek Maripov.
When there's only 1 leader to rule, they will feel the whole responsibility, he noted.
"But when there are 4 leaders, the divide et impera principle appears," he noted.
There were so many grants that were poured on the country in health care and energy sectors, but the lives of ordinary citizens did not improved.
"Someone had to do it," Maripov explained. Government optimization will be done in short period of time.
