Health Ministry of Uzbekistan doesn't recommend vaccination against Covid-19 for citizens under 18 years

AKIPRESS.COM - People with HIV-infection or autoimmune diseases, pregnant and nursing mothers, people under 18 years are not recommended for vaccination against coronavirus infection, the press service of the Ministry of Health cited Vice Chief of Sanitary and Epidemiological Well-Being and Public Health Service Nurmat Atabekov as saying.
Besides, citizens in close contact with people infected with coronavirus infection will be vaccinated after 14-day quarantine and medical examination.
After receiving shots, people will remain under medical observation for 30 minutes. Then vaccinated citizens will regularly visit a doctor.
Mass vaccination of the first registered China's recombinant vaccine ZF-UZ-VAC 2001 will begin in March.
