President Mirziyoyev meets Turkish Foreign Minister Cavusoglu

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with the Turkish delegation led by Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu on March 9.
The relevant aspects of bilateral cooperation were discussed at the meeting, the Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan said.
A special attention was paid to practical implementation of agreements of the first meeting of the Strategic Cooperation Council at the level of heads of state held in Ankara in February 2020, preparations for the next summit in Uzbekistan.
Importance of expansion of commercial and economic cooperation was emphasized, including preparation and implementation of new investment projects in Uzbekistan with participation of leading Turkish companies.
The views were exchanged on international policy, regional partnership, including in the framework of the Economic Cooperation Organization, Cooperation Council of Turkic Countries.
