Batken hosts first stage of security exercises

AKIPRESS.COM - The first phase of the joint command-staff and mobilization exercises Security - 2021 started in Batken region on April 1. The first stage is the readiness and performance of tasks by state administration bodies and local governments under conditions of martial law and state of emergency.
Taalaibek Omuraliev, Minister of Defense, attended the opening ceremony. All-hazards exercises will take place, he said.
The exercises include 3 security plans: in case of penetration of militants from abroad, natural disasters and terrorist threats.
The exercises will take place April 1-3 in Batken, Jalal-Abad and Osh region.
