PCR laboratory launched at Manas Airport delivering test results in an hour

AKIPRESS.COM - A PCR laboratory has been launched at Manas Airport. The laboratory may test around 14,000 people a day delivering results in an hour.
The laboratory was set up by the Korean corporation BS Group.
Cabinet Chairman Ulukbek Maripov met with BS Group Chairperson Park Hye-ryeon.
"Kyrgyzstan attaches a great importance to strengthening and development of cooperation with the Republic of Korea. Creation of conducive investment climate, protection of interests of foreign investors and ensuring security for investor properties is one ofpriority tasks of the new Cabinet," Ulukbek Maripov said.
The Corporation is active in such areas as hydropower, healthcare, pharmaceutical production, production of swipe cards and payment equipment.
"In view of a soon start of tourist season in the country, opening of such laboratory in Kyrgyzstan is of a great importance for attraction of tourists. Our task is to turn Kyrgyzstan into Covid-19 free country," the BS Group Chair said.
