AKIPRESS.COM - Spike in coronavirus cases in Kyrgyzstan is the result of negilgent attitude of citizens to their health, Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development Jalalidin Rahmatullaev told a press briefing on June 22.
"The Health Ministry asks citizens to wear masks, to wash hands, to use antiseptics, to keep social distancing and avoid crowded places," the Deputy Health Minister said.
31% of new cases are people older 65 years, he added.
The Deputy Health Minister urged not to bring elderly parents to mass events.
