President Japarov signs law obliging non-profit organizations to report on their financing sources

AKIPRESS.COM - President Sadyr Japarov has signed the law containing amendments to the laws on non-profit organizations, state registration of legal entities, branches, the president's press service reported on July 8.
The law obliges non-profit organizations to submit annual reports to tax authorities on sources of their financing, spending of funds, information on purchased and used property.
The law was adopted with the aim of establishment of transparency in activities of non-profit organizations (except for public and municipal organizations) receiving grants and donations.
