AKIPRESS.COM - Notorious criminal Chyngyz Jumagulov was released after serving his sentence, said the State Penitentiary Service. Earlier Jumagulov was found guilty of hooliganism and sentenced to five years in prison.
Other defendants Marsbek Tentiev and Ilyas Aidakeev were sentenced to 13 years in prison.
