Rosinbank passes re-registration procedure

Russian Investment Bank Open Joint Stock Company has passed re-registration procedure in the Ministry of Justice of Kyrgyzstan. The National Bank of the country reported.
The name of the bank has been changed to Keremet Bank OJSC. In addition, the bank was replaced its licenses and the list of permitted banking operations to license No. 049 for the right to conduct banking operations in national and / or foreign currency, respectively.
The decision to rename the bank was made at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the bank on August 16, 2019.
Recall, 95.07 percent of Rosinbank shares belong to the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan. By decision of the board, the bank will become specialized, its main focus will be lending to infrastructure, communications and housing construction.
