AKIPRESS.COM - Prime Minister Muhamedkaliy Abilgaziyev has urged citizens of Kyrgyzstan to be responsible and to keep self-isolation until the end of quarantine.
"The government is focused on preparation for resumption of economic activities in the country. The step-wise reopening of businesses was allowed to keep work places and incomes of citizens. However, many see these loosening as the end of quarantine and return to normal life. This is wrong! All other citizens, who did not return to work, should stay at home. The important stage in fight against spread of the virus has come, when responsibility and discipline from each citizen is required. We can't allow all our efforts to be wasted," the Prime Minister stressed.
The Prime Minister urged citizens to practice a good personal hygiene and social distancing.
Reopened organizations and companies since May 1 should strictly adhere to all sanitary and quarantine requirements, the Prime Minister underlined.
"We have prevented a wide spread of the virus and could strengthen capacity of the health care system. This was achieved mainly due to support of citizens. In order to strengthen the achieved results, we should keep self-isolation and social distancing until the end of quarantine. Protection of lives and health of citizens, our relatives and friends is our common task," the Prime Minister emphasized.
