AKIPRESS.COM - The Kyrgyz government has provided update on humanitarian assistance provided to the population as of May 15. 100,326 vulnerable families in Bishkek received food assistance for 7.096 million soms.
In Osh, some 59,445 vulnerable families received food assistance in form of flour, pasta, cooking oil, rice, sugar sand, meat, potatoes for 8.472 million in total.
102,017 vulnerable families in Osh region received flour, pasta, cooking oil, rice, sugar, meat, potato in food assistance.
70,785 families in Chui region received food assistance valued at 366,000 soms.
91,450 families in Jalal-Abad region received food assistance for 25.552 million soms.
30,133 families in Batken region received food assistance for 8.27 million soms.
34,820 vulnerable families in Issyk-Kul region received flour, pasta, cooking oil, rice, sugar, meat, potato in food assistance.
Some 26,984 families in Naryn region received food assistance for 283,500 soms in total.
Poor families in Talas region received food assistance for 7.346 million soms in total.
