Two remote villages of Issyk-Kul to get internet connection

AKIPRESS.COM - Two remote mountain villages in Issyk-Kul region will get connected to the Internet, governor Akylbek Osmonaliyev said.
It will be done under the Year of Regional Development, Digitalization and Support for Children.
Out of 61 villages in the region, 59 have internet connection. Remote villages of Ak-Shyrak of Jeti-Oguz district and Enilchek of Ak-Suu district have never had internet.
Internet provision via satellite communication is being done now, he said.
There are 191 schools in the region, 189 of them have the internet, he added.
