AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan will ease more quarantine restrictions since August 31.
The Ministry of Health reported lockdown allowed to reduce COVID-19 prevalence rate 10 times. Bed occupancy rate dropped 80%.
In connectin with positive effects of restrictions, the interdepartmental commission made the decision to reopen religious organizations for individual visits (not collective prayers), swimming pools (for individual visits by appointment), gyms (by appointment), sport complexes (for individual and group exercises), cultural institutions; natural parks and reserves (groups of no more than 15 people).
Intercity and inter-region bus and train service will be resumed since August 31.
